“Dreamtime Journey” is a vibrant portrayal of my connection to the Dreamtime, a sacred and timeless dimension in Aboriginal culture. This artwork encapsulates the spiritual voyage through ancestral landscapes, where vibrant gradients within the symbolism represents the dynamic flow of energies and stories embedded in the Dreamtime.
The bright reds symbolise the earth’s life force and the profound connection to the land, while pinks and oranges evoke the warmth and energy of the sun, signifying vitality and renewal. Purples symbolise the mystical and spiritual aspects of the Dreamtime, connecting the earthly realm with the divine. Yellows represent the ancestral spirits guiding the journey, providing wisdom and protection.
The greens represent the lushness of the natural world, emphasising harmony and balance within the Dreamtime. Blues depict the celestial elements, linking the earthly journey to the vastness of the sky and the spiritual cosmos.
The intricate dots, varying in size and intensity, symbolise the multitude of stories, experiences, and knowledge encapsulated in the Dreamtime. Gradients within these symbols represent the fluidity of time, reflecting the ever-changing nature of existence.
