This artwork is inspired by the strength and healing found in Bush Medicine. The flowing leaves represent renewal, protection and the cleansing power of Country. The centre meeting place symbol reflects Jacob and Peter’s journey together, surrounded by the paths they’ve walked and the people who have supported them along the way. Created in reds, greens, golds and earth tones, this piece honours their 8 years of love, companionship and the new home they have built together on Gadigal land.
