Description

This piece represents the beginning of everything, our stories, our journeys, our connection to Country and the place where our ancestors first gathered.

A meeting place represented by U-shaped symbols of people sitting together, yarning around the traditional symbol for campfire is the reflection of how our culture is passed down through generations, carrying knowledge, lore and identity.

The deep greens throughout the background reflect the richness of lush Country, freshwater and medicine leaves. The earth tones honour the land itself as our foundation and the strength we draw from Country, while metallic golds and coppers represent our ancestors ever-present guidance.

Paints - Presten uses professional-grade Jo Sonja acrylic paints and Chroma products to ensure long-lasting colour, durability and archival quality.
Framing - Framing is completed by a professional fine-art framer using high-quality timber, strong stretcher bars and gallery-grade construction. This ensures your artwork remains stable, secure and display-ready for many years. If you need a specific frame style or custom sizing, we can arrange this for you on request.

Framing Options

Artworks can be delivered either:
Unstretched - Rolled canvas, ideal for international shipping or custom framing in your local area.
Stretched - Professionally stretched onto high-quality timber stretcher bars and ready to hang without an outer frame.
Framed - Fully framed by our professional fine-art framer using gallery-grade materials and a floating frame in your chosen colour. We will contact you after your purchase to help select the perfect frame. Please allow additional time for stretching/framing services.

International Shipping & Delivery

All artworks are shipped insured via FedEx or Australia Post. Each piece is securely wrapped and packaged in heavy-duty tubes or boxes to ensure safe delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email after checkout. Shipping is free within Australia. International customers often choose unstretched canvas for easier, affordable framing overseas. Please allow additional time for stretching or framing if required.

Display in a cool, dry space away from humidity.
Clean gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth only.
Avoid chemical cleaners or sprays, as they may damage the surface.
If storing, wrap artwork or prints in acid-free archival paper.
Do not stack artworks directly against each other.
