This piece honours the old ways, tracking, hunting, gathering and providing. Sacred traditions passed down through generations.
Boomerangs mark the tools. Kangaroo tracks show the movements of our brothers. Campfire symbols represent the moments of rest, stories shared and meat cooked over flame.
The earthy red base reflects the hunting grounds, while the ochres, whites and deep greens mirror the colours of Country, dry grass, shadows, scrub and clay.
The land provides, but only if you know how to read it.
